time to outlaw kavanaugh?

1. How much of the House must agree to impeach a judge? How much of the Senate must agree to remove a judge?
It works just like it does for a presidential impeachment. There needs to be a majority in the House to approve the indictment for impeachment, and two-thirds of the  supermajority of the Senate to impeach a judge/justice.
2. Has this process ever been used before for the Supreme Court?  How many times?
It is a rare thing for this to happen in the Supreme Court, there is only one example of a Supreme Court Justice being impeached but not removed, and there are NO other examples. We're in uncharted territory now ladies and gentlemen.3. Where in the Constitution does it set up the impeachment process?
In Article II section 4 of the Constitution, it where it reveals the "removal of the President, the Vice President, and all civil officers.." We have taken it upon our selves to argue that judges/justices fall into the very broad term of "civil officers."
4. What are the reasons for the impeachments of the 5 most recent judicial impeachments?
-Harry Claiborne (1986)= falsifying income tax reports
-Alcee Hasting (1989)= took a $150,000 bribe to lower prison sentences for members of the mob
-Walter Nixon (1989)= perjury
-Samuel Kent = obstruction of justice and sexual abuse of female employees.

-G. Thomas Porteous = accepted bribes from lawyers with businesses before him
5. Why does the current makeup of the Senate make it unlikely that Supreme Court justices Kavanaugh or Thomas would be removed if impeached today?
In all other cases of impeachment, no one wanted these people in office on either party. With Kavanaugh, the Republicans in the Senate support him still and will not vote to have him removed.
6. Why is it hard to tell which offenses are "impeachable offenses" for a justice?
All the Constitution says is, "high crime or misdemeanor," but it's up to the House and Senate to decide if something fits that bill. With no clear definition of right and wrong, it is really hard to determine if impeachment is the correct response to certain offenses.
